The deck seamlessly transitions into a covered porch at the corner, where a wood plank ceiling with recessed lighting and a ceiling fan creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A glass panel railing system with crisp white framing surrounds the deck, providing unobstructed views and contributing to a clean, modern aesthetic. The deck itself is constructed with durable composite materials for both the decking and guardrails, ensuring longevity with minimal maintenance. Structurally, the deck is supported by classically inspired columns featuring simple capitals, each resting on substantial stone bases. Between the columns, a series of elegant, semi-circular arches introduces a formal rhythm, adding architectural interest and refinement. At the lower level, the home's façade is natural stone veneer, enhancing the rustic charm.
