This project involved an interior renovation focused on the breakfast and kitchen areas, combining them into one open, modernized kitchen space and adding a new powder room. Modifications were also made to the existing staircase. On the second floor, two additional bedrooms were constructed at the rear of the home, increasing the total number of bedrooms from two to four. The alterations were limited to the rear portion of the house, preserving the original character and appearance of the front and main structure.
