Addition and Interior Alteration in Bethesda, MD

Style: American Craftsman Bungalow

Client: Home Owner

Services Provided: Architectural Design, Building Permits

This home is a classic example of American Craftsman Bungalow architecture, a style that flourished in the United States from the early 1900s through the 1930s. The renovation included a front extension to expand the living room and primary suite. A major focus of the transformation was the primary suite, now featuring a new bathroom and a generously sized walk-in closet positioned at the front of the home. Additionally, a new portico was added to enhance curb appeal and complement the home's historic character.
