The renovation encompassed a rear extension that enlarged the living and dining areas, introduced a new open-concept kitchen, and incorporated a new elevated deck. A rear-facing gable roof was designed to frame and enhance views toward the backyard while creating a vaulted ceiling that increases interior volume and natural light.
